Walk Details: 7 km circular walk, open forest and hill climb.
Views to surrounding farms; kangaroos and possibly emus and eagles in area.
Fossils of early life forms are seen in some Cambrian period rocks which have welled up between fault lines such as the Heathcote fault and the Mt Ida fault.

How to reach Heathcote:
North on Hume Freeway, turn off at Wallan and take Northern Hwy to Heathcote.
