Here are the notes for our July Saturday Walk. If you could please let me know by Tuesday, 16th July if you intend to walk, will be driving direct, will drive and take passengers or you require a lift, and, if you intend staying for lunch.

At the A.G.M. on Friday, 19th July, as well as my report for the year, I would like to announce any ideas/plans for future trips for our Club. Could be a Base Camp, Interstate or Overseas. Please put your ideas forward. (We already have groups going to Kangaroo Island and Foster during 2019 and a proposal for South West New South Wales for 2020.)
All I require is: Where, time of the year and a very brief outline.

We have various groups of our members traveling overseas during the year. You may be interested in Noel Whittaker’s praise of going cashless in this article from The Age.
As our membership year runs from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, it is time for Renewal of your Membership and payment of fees. The annual fee is $36 per person and is due from July 1. It is also a requirement of Bushwalking Victoria that members complete the Acknowledgement of Risk form which is attached. Once completed, please email it to Membership Secretary at membersec@elthamenvironswg.
It would be appreciated if you would make prompt payment to our Treasurer, preferably before the AGM on July 19, 2019. To retain your membership payment should be completed by no later than July 31.
