Planning Meeting

FreeVenue for the meeting: Vera & Harry Snelders have, again, kindly offered their home for the Meeting.
The meeting will follow our walks scheduled that morning.
E Walk – Murray Wetlands and beyond, via Edendale Farm, Eltham.
M Walk – Long Gully & Motschalls Road, Panton Hill.
If you plan to attend this small pre planning meeting, could you please confirm your attendance to myself by no later than Monday, 1st May. Also, I ask if you could please bring a plate to share for lunch at the meeting.
For our newer members not familiar with our processes, this meeting is a small meeting where a few of us put together a proposed schedule for the next six months. This will then be put to the General Meeting scheduled for 10th May for discussion / amendment / approval. Anyone is welcome to attend the Planning Meeting, but it generally works better if the numbers are not too large.
